This course is an introduction to both fundamental programming concepts and the Python programming language. We will begin at the beginning with installing python, variables, expressions, basic syntax and get to some intermediate learning like functions, lists, lambda expressions and inheritance in an object oriented programming language.
You will have lots of opportunities to practice with projects for each lesson and test yourself with quizzes after each new lesson. You will also learn to debug programs when they don’t work by understanding the control flow of programs in Python. By the end of this course you will be able to write basic to intermediate level python programs that read and write data to and from the files on the computer, understand a new programming language, debug the problem in a python program and begin the journey towards being an independent python programmer.
