DSST exams are college subject tests that you can take to earn college credit for knowledge you acquired outside of a traditional classroom. There are 38 subject exams from which to select in disciplines such as Business, Humanities, Mathematics, Physical Science, and more. Because the exams are funded by DANTES, you could save hundreds or even thousands of dollars towards your degree.

Multiple exams are available, covering material commonly required for most degree programs. These exams can be taken at on-base and community-based National/International Test Centers.

College credit recommendations for these exams are made through the American Council on Education (ACE) and are subject to the acceptance of individual academic institutions.

“The candidate pays the test fee, which covers the test and scoring services. Internet-based testing fees are paid by credit card at the workstation at the time of testing. Candidates cannot pre-pay or pre-register for DSST exams before coming to the center. This is done immediately before starting their exam at the time of their appointment.

Please Note: When test takers pay their test fees by credit card, they should be reminded that test fees are not charged to their account until they select “Begin Test”.”

Please be advised that we book the seat for $25 +TAX per hour and for DSST exams we book the seat for 2 hours so the total center’s administration fees will be $56.50

Any special accommodations or extra hours, charges will be applied and paid when you come on exam day.

On Exam Day, Remember:

Ensure that you have a FACE MASK at all times in the building.
Your credit card to pay the TEST FEES online.
Acceptable and valid photo identification.

Cell phones and other devices and materials aren’t allowed in the test center; we have lockers to store it there. Please refer to the information printed on the ticket for details.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your exam seat, you must do so by 24hrs. prior to your appointment, a full refund will be issued to the same credit card used for booking the exam. The refund takes 10-14 business days.

Exams seats cannot be cancelled less than 24hrs. prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel in time or failure to appear for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your exam proctoring fee.

If you wish to reschedule your exam seat, you must do so by 24hrs. prior to your appointment.
